- Assist attorneys in claim handling
- Regular follow-up with clients as per each due date
- To keep clients abreast with the attorney’s plan for their case as well as their claim status with the VA
- To respond to all client’s messages and e-mails within 24 hours
- Ensure that all the information is provided in Case Summary to be presented for doctor examination and evaluations
- To maintain a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and productivity in case handling

Duties and Responsibilities
- To accurately interpret chest X-rays and CT scans
- To provide precise and timely B-reads within 24-48 hours.
- To classify chest X-rays according to the ILO classification system
Skills and Qualifications
- Radiologist/pulmonologist with certification as B-reader from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a B-reader
